The New York Islanders have not come to terms on an extension with pending unrestricted free agent forward and captain Anders Lee, at least, not yet.
We are sticking with the young guys, and I love it! Hope they have great Camps and force their way onto the roster.

Time to move on for both parties! If Lee was resigned and Captain of the team it’s against everything Darche stands for! We have to let go in order to move forward. Lee’s market is going to be extremely limited. Nothing owed by either party!
