Islanders Lineup vs. Blues & Notes
The Islanders being a three-game homestand after going 1-2-2 on road trip.
After dropping their third straight game, the New York Islanders host the St. Louis Blues tonight at 7:30 PM ET.
Ilya Sorokin will try for his 100th NHL win, his fourth try at that mark. He is 3-1-1, with a 2.19 GAA and a .923 SV% in five career games against the Blues.
He’ll go up against Jordan Binnington, who is one win shy of becoming the franchise win leader (tied Mike Liut with 151 last time out). He is 3-2-2 in seven career starts against the Islanders, with a 1.99 GAA and a .927 SV% with one shutout.
Outside of Sorokin, the Islanders have three other players looking to hit milestone marks:
Anders Lee: one assist away from 200
Noah Dobson: one point away from 200
Ryan Pulock: two points shy of 200
