The New York Islanders aren’t likely to make any more additions to their NHL roster between now and the opening of training camp in mid-September.
However, bringing players into training camp on Professional Tryout (PTO) agreements to increase competition and potentially add talent to the Hamilton Hammers’ roster remains very much a possibility.
One familiar name to keep an eye on is former Islanders forward Oliver Wahlstrom.
