It’s now or never for Boqvist Career. The fact he can’t break this lineup is telling. Surprised he isn’t walking over broken glass to succeed here. Maybe he just doesn’t have the drive. I had high hopes for him coming into the season, but not beating out Tony D was a bad sign.
Schaefer’s on ice play is outstanding. His teammates are feeding off his energy and enthusiasm. The kid has SWAG. The Islanders prospect pool is overflowing with Swag. It’s going to be great watching these kids in the next two or three years.
We need a little more physicality in the lineup. Maybe another big young RHD that can provide some sandpaper and fighting ability. A stay at home type for Romanov. Also get Gatcomb in the lineup on line 4 ! Romanov has some untapped mobility and offensive game.

Gatcomb Jefferies and George should be in the mix soon. Shabonov is still extremely intriguing 🤔 no matter where he plugs in. He is a complete hockey player so he can certainly help line four. Darche is most likely looking around at RHD. Log jam at forward needs to be looked at also. I have no idea why Mac is up and Gatcomb is down?
