Once Mathew Barzal deked around St. Louis Blues Jordan Kyrou and deposited the rubber high glove side past Joel Hofer from the slot, the Islanders improved to 10-0 in games decided in overtime.
They are the first team in NHL history to win the first 10 games decided in overtime.
