Bring up Dufour for that game against Boston had zero to do with his flaming out. Dufour not making it is 100% on him. Yes, the atmosphere in Bridgeport isn’t great. But he had multiple chances to make this team and failed. He should have shown the team that he capable of a more physical game. In order to be a pro you need to bring multiple dimensions. He needed to do exactly what Gatcomb is doing. Gatcomb is a smart kid!!! He understands he can stay in the NHL and emulate a Clutterbuck. Dufour had issues that may not have had anything to do with hockey. He was a major disappointment that fell off a cliff! Very very strange!
